Terms and Conditions:
All items will be thoroughly checked by us to ensure they are in pristine condition before they are shipped to you.
2. We do not offer refund for all merchandise sold. However, we will provide a refund equivalent to the dollar amount of the item(s) you ordered in the event it is/they are out of stock.
3. To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us before you proceed to return the merchandise and any exchanges will need to be pre-approved.
4. We will cover all standard shipping costs for returning and shipping your merchandise (applicable to Hong Kong only) for a one-time exchange. We recommend using a standard registered postal service, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we will not be held liable for the loss of your returned merchandise. For orders from outside Hong Kong, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Exchanges are subject to the availability of merchandise so shipping times may vary.
6. In the event that the merchandise is eligible for an exchange, the difference will not be refunded if the price of the new item is lower than that of the original.
7. avo reserves the right to refuse any merchandise we deem unsatisfactory for an exchange.
